<LI> Check with individual locations for program participation before redemption.
<LI> At the Walt Disney World&reg Resort, the Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card can be redeemed at select Parks Food, Beverage, and Merchandise locations.
<LI> Except as required by applicable law: The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card is not redeemable for cash.
<LI> The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen without valid proof of acquisition.
<LI> The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card may not be resold in any manner whatsoever.
<LI> Please refer to the expiration date found on your promotional gift card to understand when it must be used by.
<LI> The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of Theme Park tickets or Disney Gift Cards.
<LI> The Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of a real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort.
