Disney Dining Promo Card - Expire Terms and Conditions

Use of the Disney Dining Promo Card is acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. The Disney Dining Promo Card is not valid for use until activated and monetary value added.
2. The Disney Dining Promo Card can only be used at select participating locations at Disneyland® Resort, Walt Disney World® Resort, and other Disney Resorts located in the U.S.
3. Check with individual locations for program participation before redemption.
4. At the Disneyland® Resort, the Disney Dining Promo Card can be redeemed at select food locations.
5. At the Walt Disney World® Resort, the Disney Dining Promo Card can be redeemed at select food locations, select third party lessees and Disney Springs® District Operating Participant locations.
6. At the other Disney Resorts located in the U.S, the Disney Dining Promo Card can be redeemed at select food locations.
7. Except as required by applicable law: the Disney Dining Promo Card is not redeemable for cash.
8. Please refer to the expiration date found on your promotional gift card to understand when it must be used by.
9. The Disney Dining Promo Card is not refundable except as required by applicable law.
10. The Disney Dining Promo Card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen without required proof of purchase and complete card number.
11. The Disney Dining Promo Card may not be resold in any manner whatsoever.
12. The Disney Dining Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of any merchandise items, services, Theme Park tickets, or Disney Gift Cards.
13. The Disney Dining Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of a real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort.
14. The maximum purchase, reload, and total balance of any Disney Dining Promo Card is $1000.00.
15. The Disney Dining Promo Card is issued by Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change the terms and conditions of program without advance notice.
