A Touch of Disney Dining Card Terms and Conditions

Use of the A Touch of Disney Dining Card is acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  1. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card is not valid for use until purchased, activated and monetary value added.
  2. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card can only be used at select participating food locations at Disneyland® Resort in California. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card may not be used for the purchase of alcohol.
  3. Check with individual locations for program participation before redemption.
  4. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card is not valid for use at the Walt Disney World® Resort or at any other Disney resort.
  5. Except as required by applicable law, the A Touch of Disney Dining Card is not redeemable for cash.
  6. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card is not refundable except as required by applicable law.
  7. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen without required proof of purchase receipt and complete card number.
  8. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card may not be resold in any manner whatsoever.
  9. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card may not be used towards the purchase of alcohol, merchandise, theme park tickets, lodging, gift cards or Disney+, ESPN+ or Hulu streaming services. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card is not redeemable at Disney Store locations or at shopDisney.com. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card is not redeemable at Disney store “shop-in-shop” locations inside of Target stores or online at Target.com/Disneystore. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card may not be used towards the purchase of a real estate interest in a DVC Resort or towards the purchase of DVC merchandise or services.
  10. The maximum purchase, reload, and total balance of any A Touch of Disney Dining Card is $1000.00.
  11. The A Touch of Disney Dining Card is issued by Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change the terms and conditions of program without advance notice.
