Use of Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card is acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card is not valid for use until purchased, activated and monetary value added
2. You may use this product only at Disney's Epcot at the Walt Disney World® Resort at select food and beverage locations
3. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of Theme Park tickets or Disney Gift Cards
4. Check with individual locations for program participation before redemption
5. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card is not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law
6. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen without required proof of purchase and complete card number
7. Not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law
8. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card is not refundable except as required by applicable law.
9. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card is not valid and will not be honored if obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers
10. Disney's Epcot Theme Park Dine Promo Card may not be used towards the purchase of a real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort
11. Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. (“DGCS”) is the issuer and sole obligor
